Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Al Noor Stock (alnoorstock.com) is operated by al noor processes, why, and the choices you have. You can contact us by email at support@alnoorstock.com or through the contact form.
Your account and orders
When you create an account we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. When you buy, we store your order (products, prices, status and time) and record downloads of your purchased files (time and outcome) so we can deliver them, prevent abuse and help you if something goes wrong. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as merchant of record: it collects your payment details, calculates and collects sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. We never receive or store your card number.
Information our server receives
To deliver the website, our server and our hosting provider (Render Services, Inc., United States) receive the technical data every website receives: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser user-agent and referring page. We use it to deliver pages, protect the service (for example by limiting requests per IP address) and diagnose errors.
Usage statistics (without cookies)
We count page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkout and download events as aggregated daily counts with a device category, browser family and referrer type (for example "search engine"). These statistics use no cookies or device storage, include no IP address and cannot be linked to you.
Google Analytics
With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). It uses cookies such as _ga to measure pages visited, shopping events (product viewed, added to cart, checkout started, purchase with order value), approximate location, device and how you reached us. We do not send your name, email address or file contents to Google Analytics. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland start with analytics storage denied (Google Consent Mode) until they consent. More: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Some informational pages show advertisements from Google AdSense. Ads are never placed in the cart, checkout, your account or your downloads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show and measure ads and, where you agree or the law allows, to personalise them. Opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings; learn more at How Google uses cookies in advertising.
Consent
Visitors from the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for their choices through Google's certified consent message (IAB TCF) before optional cookies are used. You can change your choices at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
Contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message and the time it was sent so we can answer you. Messages are deleted automatically after 180 days, or earlier on request.
Product descriptions
The shop owner uses Google Gemini to help draft product descriptions from the shop's own product files. No customer data is sent to Gemini.
We send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, order and download notices, support replies). Newsletter emails are sent only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers named here (hosting, payments, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, email delivery) and when required by law. Some providers are in the United States; where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us by email at support@alnoorstock.com or through the contact form.
Children
The shop is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we process data, for example by switching an integration on or off, this page is updated.
