Refund Policy

Because products are digital files delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a file has been downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise or a file is faulty or not as described.

If something is wrong

Contact us by email at support@alnoorstock.com or through the contact form within 14 days. We will fix, replace or refund the product.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Download access for refunded orders is removed.
